Return/Refund Policy for Emilique

1. Summary of Our Return Policy (30 Days)

 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Emilique. Although our products are individually made to order (print-on-demand), we offer a 30-day return policy as an additional service and to meet Shop Pay requirements.

  • Return Period: 30 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

  • Return Shipping Costs: To be borne by the customer.

  • Restocking Fee: None.

  • Excluded from Voluntary Return: Only items that have been individually customised and show no defects or are not affected by an incorrect size (see details below).


 

2. Statutory Right of Withdrawal (Exclusion for Print-on-Demand)

 

Exclusion or Early Expiry of the Statutory Right of Withdrawal

The statutory right of withdrawal does NOT apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer (e.g., custom-printed apparel and accessories). Since we only manufacture all products (print-on-demand) after the order has been placed and based on your specifications, the statutory right of withdrawal is excluded.


 

3. The Emilique 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee (Your Voluntary Return)

 

Independent of the statutory right of withdrawal, and to ensure smooth processing via Shop Pay, we offer a voluntary 30-day return under the following conditions:

  • Validity: The 30-day period begins on the day you or a third party named by you took possession of the goods.

  • Reason for Return: This voluntary return is primarily intended for:

    • Defective or damaged items.

    • Incorrectly delivered goods (e.g., wrong design or wrong size that does not match your order).

    • Other defects not attributable to standard production.

  • Return Process: Please contact us before returning the item to receive an RMA number and the correct return address, as our products are shipped directly from our production partners.

  • Condition of Goods: The goods must be returned to us unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

In the event of a defect or error, we will naturally cover the costs for the return shipping. For a return based on non-defect reasons (e.g., you changed your mind), the customer bears the direct costs of the return.
