Refund policy

All Emilique products are made to order (print-on-demand) after your purchase. Because every item is produced individually, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection or buyer's remorse, except as required by law for EU consumers (see below).

EU Customers – Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection law. This right applies even though our products are made to order, as they are not personalized to your individual specifications.

To exercise this right, contact us at info@emiliquebrand.com within 14 days of receipt. The item must be returned unused, unwashed, and in its original condition. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. Approved refunds will be issued within 14 days of us receiving the returned item.

Not EU - Returns are only accepted in the following cases:

  • The item has a clear and verifiable manufacturing defect or damage
  • You received the wrong item (wrong design, wrong size or wrong product compared to what you ordered)

How to request a return:

  1. Contact us within 14 days of receiving the item at info@emiliquebrand.com
  2. Include your order number, a clear description of the issue and photos of the defect or incorrect item
  3. We will review your request and, if approved, provide you with an RMA number and the correct return address (returns are sent directly to our production partners)

Return conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed and in its original condition
  • You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item or verified defect)
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a refund or replacement

Refunds:

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Please note:
We strongly recommend checking the size guide carefully before ordering. Size-related issues are not covered under this policy.
