1. Scope
These Terms of Service apply to all orders placed through the website emiliquebrand.com operated by Emiliquebrand (Anthony Di Paolo), Grünaustrasse 14, 8953 Dietikon, Switzerland.
By placing an order you agree to these Terms.
2. Products & Availability
All products are made to order (print-on-demand). We do not hold stock. Production starts after your order has been confirmed and payment has been received.
Product images are for illustration purposes. Slight variations in colour or print may occur due to the production process and screen settings.
3. Prices & Payment
All prices are displayed in the selected currency and include applicable VAT where required.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and shown before you complete the order.
Payment is due immediately upon ordering. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.
4. Order Confirmation & Contract
After placing an order you will receive an order confirmation by email. The purchase contract is concluded when we confirm the order.
We reserve the right to cancel an order in case of obvious pricing errors, stock/production issues or suspected fraud. In such cases you will be informed and any payment already made will be refunded.
5. Shipping
Delivery times and shipping conditions are set out in our Shipping Policy.
Because products are made to order, exact delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. Transit times vary depending on the destination and production location.
6. Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed exclusively by our Refund & Return Policy, including the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for EU consumers described therein.
7. Liability
We are only liable for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent behaviour.
We are not liable for slight negligence, except in cases of injury to life, body or health or breach of essential contractual obligations.
We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by carriers, customs or force majeure.
8. Intellectual Property
All designs, texts, images and content on this website are the property of Emilique Brand or its partners and may not be used without prior written permission.
9. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Swiss law, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
The place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland, provided this is legally permissible.
